SiteLedger

Terms of use

These terms cover the use of the SiteLedger application by people whose organisation has issued them an account. They are written plainly on purpose.

Last updated August 2026.

Accounts

Accounts are issued by the organisation using SiteLedger, not by self-registration. An account is personal to the individual it is issued to and must not be shared. Tell your administrator promptly if you believe someone else has used yours.

Acceptable use

Use SiteLedger for the operational and commercial work of the organisation that issued your account. Do not attempt to reach information belonging to another organisation, interfere with the service, or use it to store material that is unlawful.

Your organisation's information

The records and documents placed in a workspace remain the property of the organisation that owns it. SiteLedger holds them to provide the service and does not use them for anything else.

Availability and change

SiteLedger is maintained and improved, so features change and maintenance sometimes interrupts availability. Reasonable care is taken to avoid losing work, but no service is guaranteed to be uninterrupted.

The limits of what the software decides

SiteLedger reads documents, performs arithmetic and proposes matches. It does not make commercial decisions. Reviewing and approving what it puts in front of you is part of using it, and the responsibility for what is approved stays with the person approving it.

Questions

Questions about these terms, an account, or the service belong with your organisation’s SiteLedger administrator in the first instance.
